Im vergangenen Jahr hat De Buisseret mit einem Team von Anwälten sowohl im Vereinigten Königreich als auch auf internationaler Ebene zusammengearbeitet, um alle verfügbaren Beweise zur Covid-19-Pandemie und den experimentellen Impfstoffen zu untersuchen und zu analysieren. Das Anwaltsteam hat mit verschiedenen Kampagnengruppen zusammengearbeitet, darunter HART, Covid19Assembly, World Doctors Alliance, UK Freedom Alliance und Us for Them.
Kürzlich forderte De Buisseret Beamte und Mitarbeiter vor einer Impfklinik in Brighton heraus, in der 16- und 17-Jährige geimpft wurden, und veröffentlichte dazu ein Video, das sich auf Twitter verbreitete.
Anna verglich die Injektionen mit dem Fall Bell vs. Tavistock NHS Trust, in dem entschieden wurde, dass Kinder nicht in die Verwendung von Pubertätsblockern einwilligen können, die völlig experimentell waren.
Während des UNN-Interviews sagte Anna: „Ich wollte, dass alle Eltern das Urteil im Fall Bell vs. Tavistock NHS Trust lesen, das im Dezember 2020 gefällt wurde, denn ja, es geht um Pubertätsblocker, und einige Journalisten haben gesagt: ‚Oh, sie redet Unsinn‘, aber darum geht es nicht.
„Der Punkt ist, dass es sich um eine experimentelle Behandlung handelt, und die Pubertätsblocker waren experimentell und diese Injektionen sind experimentell, also ist die Analyse dieselbe. Ich wollte, dass die Eltern das Urteil selbst lesen, damit sie sehen können, was das Gericht dazu sagt, dass Kinder nicht unbedingt Gillick-kompetent sein können.
Die Anwältin erklärte, dass ein Kind unter 18 Jahren die Risiken und langfristigen Folgen der Impfung nicht verstehen kann, zumal „niemand von uns weiß, welche das sind“.
Anna zufolge hat der NHS wiederholt gegen das Verfahren der informierten Zustimmung verstoßen und wurde deshalb vor Gericht gebracht, was dazu führte, dass das Gericht ihm eine Anleitung gab.
„Ich persönlich habe eine eidesstattliche Erklärung verfasst, die im Moment 138 Seiten umfasst, um sie den malaysischen Gerichten im Rahmen einer gerichtlichen Überprüfung vorzulegen. Die Klage wird dort aus den gleichen Gründen eingereicht, wie wir sie hier einreichen, nämlich dass wir, Sie wissen schon, aufgrund der Beweise, dass Kindern diese experimentelle Behandlungsbrücke nicht injiziert werden sollte, mehrere Türen öffnen.
„Das malaysische Team hat mich gebeten, in Form einer eidesstattlichen Erklärung als Sachverständiger auszusagen, dass nicht nur die malaysischen Vorschriften über die Einwilligung nach Aufklärung in Bezug auf diese Kinder dort verletzt werden, sondern dass dies auch hier und in der ganzen Welt geschieht.“
De Buisseret sagte, dass die Beweise zeigen, dass medizinische ethische Kodizes auf der ganzen Welt nicht eingehalten werden und zahlreiche Gesetze sowohl international als auch im Inland in jeder Gerichtsbarkeit gebrochen werden – einschließlich Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit.
„Was auf der ganzen Welt geschieht, entspricht der Definition des Raumstatuts für Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und daher, aufgrund der schieren Anzahl der Menschen, die sterben, auch der Definition von Völkermord“.
„Ob es sich dabei um eine Biowaffe im Sinne der Bestimmungen zur biologischen Kriegsführung handelt, wird noch untersucht, aber auch das wird von verschiedenen Rechtsteams in der ganzen Welt behauptet.“
Sie sagte, sie sei beunruhigt über die große Zahl von Menschen, die infolge der Einnahme der Covid-19-Impfstoffe verletzt wurden oder gestorben sind, und dass die Verabreichung dieser experimentellen Impfungen an Kinder der Gesellschaft schaden würde.
Aus diesem Grund werden Anna und ihr Team Werbematerial an Schulen und Krankenhäuser schicken, um sie rechtlich abzumahnen.
