Das British Medical Journal (BMJ) enthüllt am 2. November 2021, dass ein Auftragnehmer von Pfizer während der Phase-III-Studie des Cov-Impfstoffs von Pfizer im Herbst 2020 wahrscheinlich einen umfangreichen Forschungsbetrug begangen hat. Der Hauptzeuge des Artikels ist Brook Jackson, im September 2020 der texanische Regionaldirektor der Forschungsorganisation Ventavia Research Group, die an den Impfstoffstudien von Pfizer beteiligt war. Jacksons Aussage zeigt, dass das Unternehmen Daten fälschte, Patienten verblindete, unzureichend ausgebildete Impfärzte einstellte und die in der Phase-III-Studie gemeldeten unerwünschten Ereignisse nur schleppend verfolgte. Die Mitarbeiter der Qualitätskontrolle waren von der Anzahl der entdeckten Probleme überwältigt.
Nachdem er Ventavia wiederholt auf die Mängel hingewiesen hatte, schickte Brook Jackson am 25. September 2020 eine Beschwerde per E-Mail an die FDA. Ventavia entließ sie noch am selben Tag. Um ihre Kritik zu untermauern, legte Jackson dem BMJ Dutzende von internen Unternehmensdokumenten, Fotos, Tonaufnahmen und E-Mails vor. Das BMJ untermauert ihre Aussage mit Aussagen vieler ehemaliger Ventavia-Mitarbeiter.
Aus dem Artikel geht auch hervor, dass die FDA den Betrieb, in dem Brook Jackson arbeitete, nie überprüft hat. In dem Artikel wird beschrieben, dass die FDA zu wenig Ressourcen für die Überprüfung klinischer Studien hat. Von 2000 bis 2005 wurden nur etwa 1 Prozent aller Studien überprüft, und seither ist die Zahl der Überprüfungen zurückgegangen. Im August 2021 veröffentlichte die FDA eine Übersicht über die Anzahl der Überprüfungen der Impfstoffstudien von Pfizer. Insgesamt wurden 9 von 153 Studienstandorten überprüft, was 6 Prozent der Studienstandorte entspricht.
Wir halten den Bericht des BMJ für äußerst bedenklich. Sie untergräbt das Vertrauen in das Unternehmen Pfizer, das für die Erprobung des Impfstoffs und die Sicherheit des Impfstoffs verantwortlich ist, der derzeit in Schweden eingesetzt wird, darunter Hunderttausende von Kindern.
Darüber hinaus ist die Zahl der gemeldeten mutmaßlichen Nebenwirkungen des CoVid-Impfstoffs gigantisch: In Schweden beispielsweise wurden in den zehn Monaten nach der Impfung 83.744 mutmaßliche Nebenwirkungen gemeldet, was mehr als zehnmal so viel ist wie alle Nebenwirkungen, die in den vorangegangenen Jahren für alle Arzneimittel und Impfstoffe gemeldet wurden, insgesamt etwa 25.000 Substanzen.
Etwa 20 Studien haben gezeigt, dass die Wirksamkeit des Impfstoffs sehr schwach ist. Eine dieser schwedischen Studien zeigte, dass der Impfstoff etwa zwei Monate lang eine gute Wirkung hatte, dass der Impfstoff von AstraZeneca nach vier Monaten keine Wirkung gegen die Delta-Variante hatte und dass das Gleiche für den Impfstoff von Pfizer nach sieben Monaten galt.
Der dringende Verdacht, dass Teile der klinischen Studie für den Pfizer-Impfstoff nicht in wissenschaftlich akzeptabler Weise durchgeführt wurden und die Studienergebnisse nicht als zuverlässig angesehen werden können, in Verbindung mit der großen Zahl der gemeldeten mutmaßlichen Nebenwirkungen nach der Impfung, von denen viele schwerwiegend sind, gibt uns als Ärzten, Wissenschaftlern und Immunologen Anlass zu großer Sorge. Dies gilt nicht zuletzt für Kinder, bei denen das Risiko einer schweren Erkrankung durch Covid-19 äußerst gering ist, die aber das Risiko schwerer Nebenwirkungen haben. Die Tatsache, dass die Wirksamkeit des Impfstoffs bereits nach wenigen Monaten deutlich nachgelassen hat und gegen die Delta-Variante des Virus schwach ist, trägt zu unserer Schlussfolgerung bei, dass die Covid-Impfung in Schweden pausiert werden sollte, bis für alle Altersgruppen eine Nutzen-Risiko-Kalkulation durchgeführt wurde. Unsere Position wird im Lichte der Enthüllungen im BMJ und dem, was wir jetzt über die Risiken für den Patienten wissen, eingenommen.
